“Camera”

Photographs by Laura McManus For several years, Laura McManus has worked to develop her art making practice at the North Shore studio. The majority of her work incorporates multiple mediums and utilizes a variety of techniques. In addition to her interest with mixed media, Laura is also fascinated by digital imagery and video.  Taking a break from painting and drawing, Laura’s most recent endeavor was an exploration of photography in which she captured images of her fellow studio members. The photographs, taken from her perspective, are representational of the way she views the world and her relationship with each of the subjects.
