Six North Shore Studio Artists Selected For A National, Juried Exhibition

The Arts of Life proudly announces that six artists from the North Shore studio have earned the honor of showing their artwork in the 5th Annual Hidden Truths The Mind Unraveled exhibition at the Gray Matter Museum of Art in Costa Mesa, California and online exhibitionThe museum and online exhibits open on October 8, 2016.

Hector Jones and Sean Kremer of The Arts of Life were both selected to exhibit artwork in this international, juried art competition at the Gray Matter Museum of Art in Costa Mesa, California. This is the first museum showing for Jones and Kremer. This occasion also marks the first time that Kremer or Jones have exhibited artwork nationally. Jones had this to say about the honor, “I feel good about being in the exhibit because it shows people they can reach for their dreams if they have one—art or anything else.”

There is also an online version of the exhibit where a larger scope of artwork will be shown. Jones’ and Kremer’s work are included in the online exhibit along with four other artists from The Arts of Life North Shore studio including: Amanda Gantner, Cole Fox, Andrew Sloan and Evan Madsen. The online gallery can be viewed at: http://hiddentruths.gallery/.

This event benefits the Epilepsy Foundation’s support of translational research on epilepsy. According to the Epilepsy Foundation, “The art show maintains the spirit of celebration in support of the amazing group of participating artists who live with epilepsy. Art provides the educational tool, enhancing societal awareness of this condition. Art speaks a universal language to allow a dialog between the artist and the observer revealing the hidden truths about epilepsy.”

Congratulations Amanda, Cole, Andrew, Evan, Sean and Hector!
