Circle Contemporary is proud to launch its inaugural show as an extension of the Arts of Life studio program. Conceived by guest curator Erin Toale, Winter Formal is a celebration of beauty and aesthetics in the midst of socio-political despair and anxiety. Objects displayed, though pleasurable in composition and appearance, contain narratives of oppression and absurdity. Winter Formal presents the works of Robert Burnier, Paul Heyer, Tony Lewis, Jesse Malmed, Cheryl Pope, Eric Ruschman, and Leonard Suryajaya.
