I woke up at 7:11am. I weighed 179 lbs in the bathroom. Downstairs, I texted Dad (Richard Conners, Junior) in the living room. I heated oatmeal by myself. The Dodge Grand Caravan number 3826 came at 8:16. On the Pace ADA Paratransit service, I texted everyone.  I arrived at The Arts of Life, Inc to see everybody by myself at 10:06. We made some art at the station in the studio. Elizabeth Monique Longo talked to us. I took some pictures. I texted Heidi Elizabeth Zeller and Cara Miwa Zeller. I came to the café at 11:55. I read the Sports Illustrated. Caitlin Law talked to us. I read sports magazines by myself. I saw Mendel. We came back to the café. I wrote on a yellow sketchbook. I saw Mendel some more and came back to the café again. I texted Cara. I took some pictures again. During the ride on wheelchair van number 7302, I did Sudoku 78 in the yellow pocket book. I took a nap and rode back home. I washed the knife and cutting board. My total running time was 25 minutes, 56 seconds, and 97 centiseconds from last Wednesday.  In the midafternoon, I emailed Edda Molina, Kevin Michael Murray, and Aunt Dorothy Mikeyo Handa. I solved puzzle level 3 in the Chicago Tribune by myself. My swimming total time was 21 minutes, 32 seconds, and 15 centiseconds from last Thursday.  In the late afternoon, I texted Elsie Luyun Han, Simone Koga Cooper, Sarah Koga Cooper, Janette Sakamoto Koga, and Dad (Richard Russell Conners, Junior) from today. Afterwards, I watched a slideshow by myself. I watched Independent Movie American Dad! on the Firefox.  In the late afternoon/early evening, Mom (Sandra Lynn Yasutake Conners) and I drove in our classic silver Toyota Prius II and went to Running Excels to meet everyone. Everyone talked to us. We ran to Starbucks Coffee and Walgreens. I finished 6.07 miles. My running time was 48 minutes, 45 seconds, and 19 centiseconds. We went back to Running Excels at 7:02. I read the Runner’s World. Mom (Sandra Conners) and I went back to our parked hybrid hatchback at 7:15 and drove back to the garage and went home. I baked a yellow and red pepper, mushroom, and turkey pepperoni pizza. Upstairs I watched the Chicago White Sox at Colorado Rockies MLB Baseball on Comcast SportsNet HD in Mom and Dad’s room.  In the late-night evening, I texted Cara Zeller, Jacqueline Handa Kent, and Mom on the first floor. I made a yogurt smoothie by myself.
