New Year, New Look!

January 17, 2020 By dflorian

The North Shore studio is starting this new year with a new look thanks to Stephen Austin and Chip Trindl!

When Stephen heard that we were in need of a gallery upgrade, he brought his equipment in and started working away at our floors. Our dated and yellow tiles, which have served us so well over the years (thank you, tiles), were replaced with much needed new and improved ones. Stephen, Chris Austin’s (North Shore artist) dad, gave several weeks of his time to measuring, cutting, adjusting, and attaching new tiles to our gallery floor. When he was finished, and while we were all on Winter Break, Chip, Oly Trindl’s (North Shore artist) father came to the studio to add a fresh coat of paint to both our gallery and south bathroom.

It was the perfect gift to come back to after a two week break. North Shore artists made a card and selected a work of art to give each of them as thank you for their time and generosity.

We feel so lucky to be surrounded by so many kind and dedicated people.  Thank you. We really can’t say thank you enough.

We love our upgraded gallery and cannot wait to officially debut it on Friday, January 24 at the opening of “A Little Bit Country & A Little Bit Rock and Roll!” Hope to see you there!
