***Foreword

We, the Arts of Life Poetry Group, wrote the poems in this book together and each poem was inspired by one of our paintings or drawings.

We write poetry so we can have a voice, our writing voice.

Other times we use our painting voice.  We express ourselves through our art. We use our creativity, our emotions and our sense of freedom and adventure to produce our art.  

We hope you enjoy our fifth poetry book as much as we enjoyed writing it.
