Born in 1970, Brian Kaplan joined Arts of Life to reconnect with his art practice. Kaplan works in pencil, pen, and marker to produce works influenced by his many interests – music, landscapes, cars, trains, and TV characters like Dr. Bill. Brian likes to listen to Barry Manilow and prefers to work in short spurts. Objects in his drawings stand alone highlighting the fine lines and details added in over time.
