I woke up at 7:01 a.m.  I weighed one hundred seventy-three pounds in the bathroom.  Downstairs, I texted Dad (Richard Russell Conners, Junior) in the living room.  I e-mailed him.  The Dodge Grand Caravan number three eight five seven came at eight thirty-three.  In the mid-morning on the minivan, I texted Anthony Philip Zeller, Ann Martha Zeller, Joseph Takenori Conners, and Mom (Sandra Lynn Yasutake Conners).  I arrived at The Arts of Life, Inc. to see everybody at nine forty and went to the cafe.  I drew a still life with a hyena in the studio.  Catherine N. Norcott talked to us.  I drew it by myself.  I e-mailed Dad (Rick Conners, Junior).  I got crabby by myself.  I drew a still life.  I e-mailed Dad.  I went back to the cafe at eleven twenty-eight.  Everyone talked to us.  We grilled a turkey pastrami sandwich with mayonnaise.  I texted Mom in the wellness room at twelve fifteen p.m.  I went back to the cafe again.  I saw the Mendel from nineteen forty-eight~two thousand six years ago.  I danced then saw it.  Pablo Alonzo, Kristopher K. Schenkel, Kelly Stone, and Michael John Marino talked to us.  William Woodaw Lilly and I swept the floor.  Lilly and I mopped it.  I drew a hyena, a mountain goat, and a house.  I washed the paintbrushes in the restroom.  I went back to the cafe some more at one forty-five.  I read the Sports Illustrated.  I saw the Mendel again.  On the Pace ADA Paratransit Service number three nine five seven during the ride, I texted Elizabeth Monique longo, Elsie Luyun Han, Janette Sakamoto Koga, and Mom (Sandra Conners).  I took a nap by myself, then arrived back home.  In the late afternoon, I solved sudoku level 3 in the Chicago Tribune.  I read a newspaper on my whilte iPad.  In the late afternoon/early evening, Mom and I drove to CVS/pharmacy in our classic silver metallic Toyota Prius and upstairs, we went to Beverly Yoga Center to meet everyone.  Caren Joan Carvlin taught yoga.  Mom and I drove back home in our hybrid hatchback.  We made dinner.  She, Dad, and I talked on Face Time with Aiyla Zeller and Cara Miwa Zeller in the family room.  I washed the knives by myself.  I texted everybody.  I watched the Chicago Bulls versus Detroit Pistons game on Comcast SportsNet HD by myself in Mom and Dad’s room.  I emailed Edda Molina in Cara’s room.  I stretched my legs.  I watched the Philadelphia versus Carolina Monday Night Football on ESPNHD by myself.  I read the Chicago Tribune on my iPad.  I stretched my legs.  I watched a basketball game on the channel 200.  I read The American Heritage College Dictionary in my room.  I texted Tony Zeller at ten thirty-nine.  I watched the Philadelphia Eagles versus Carolina Panthers game on the channel 173.  The Eagles won forty-five to twenty-one.  In the late-night evening.  I went to sleep.
