Field Trip Report: “A Flea in Her Ear”

On April 27th 2017, the artists from the North Shore studio paid a visit to Niles North High School for their spring theatrical “A Flea in Her Ear.” Two of our 2016 Summer Youth Employees, Rachel Kaufman and Katie Yau, were involved in the performance and thoughtfully invited us to a free matinee. Playwright Georges Feydeau’s delightfully crazy characters highlighted the silliness of romance, love and sex.  Rachel played the lead female role of Raymonde while Katie was busy backstage as Costume Mistress. “Ah – that play was just wonderful!” said artist Ed Rawski. “It was a nice school.
